President & CEO

Carl Chaisson is the President & Chief Executive Officer of United One Communications. Before starting United One Communications, Mr. Chaisson worked in many positions within the defense industry. Additionally, he has spent several years as a defense contractor deployed to locations throughout Southwest Asia, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Jordan, and Qatar, engineering tactical and strategic solutions for the Department of Defense to support the warfighter.

Mr. Chaisson has received numerous awards and recognitions for his achievements and participated in multiple management educational programs. In addition, he has several professional Information Technology certifications from various vendors.

Mr. Chaisson received his Associate of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Miami Dade College and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Florida International University.

Kristin Maddox

Chief Financial Officer

Kristin Maddox oversees all company’s financial activities, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, tax, planning, and analysis. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and is an experienced certified public accountant working with United One Communications since its inception.

Ms. Maddox received her Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has also been honored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a rising star in the accounting profession.


Vice President, Operations

Rich Wehde is responsible for developing program management best practices and managing customer satisfaction. Mr. Wehde has been in the service provider space for over 20 years. He was the Director of Operations for a business unit of Cooper Industries, a Fortune 500 organization.

Mr. Wehde retired from the U.S. Air Force after 23 years in the Communications-Electronic career field. Mr. Wehde culminated his career as the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 6th Air Refueling Wing at MacDill Air Force Base.

Mr. Wehde received his Bachelor of Science in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition, he is a certified Project Management Professional and Capability Maturity Model Integration Appraisal Team Member.
